    Even if personality profiling was accurate, the mere fact that some people will answer a survey honestly and others “game” the survey questions pretty much ensures that using personality profiles for hiring purposes is a bad idea.

    There seems to be no end to the pseudoscientific claptrap that crackpot psychologists are coming up with.
